CallFire to Offer Do-It-Yourself Webinar on Maximizing Your Call Center

By Kelly McGuire, TMCnet Editor

CallFire.com, a California-based, open-source VoIP consultancy company, announced a new Do-It-Yourself Lead Generation Webinar, “DIY Lead Gen,” for businesses interested in generating leads by using Power Dialing, Opt-in Voice Broadcast and intelligent Call Tracking to drive new business in the U.S. and Canada.

The company, which recently attended and exhibited at TMC’s ITEXPO West, began as an open-source VoIP company that offered many VoIP based products such as Auto Dialer and Voice Broadcast.

CallFire’s AutoDialer can add an additional four lines per agent and leave automated machine messages, eliminating time an agent would usually spend on simple tasks, maximizing a company’s performance and time management.

With clients demanding VoIP integration projects, the company was required to develop a reliable, enterprise-level VoIP platform, which is why the DIY Lead Gen will be essential for companies eager to improve their businesses in the telecom world.

The first portion of the seminar will educate business owners and at-home sales persons on how to save money by using cloud call centers and cloud telephony tools to connect themselves to other industry networks.

Clients will learn how to prepare an Excel list of business telephone contacts, while optimizing a company’s ROI by developing a thoughtful callback strategy.

The second half of the seminar will focus in depth on how to use opt-in Voice Broadcast notification and Call Tracking to communicate important messages to existing clients and track marketing efficacy of a company’s ultimate goals.

Additionally, session two will lend a hand to companies on how to effectively develop recorded messages for voice broadcast campaigns to yield results and improve the bottom line.

Earlier in August, CallFire announced a deal with 8x8 (News - Alert), a voice, video and mobile IP communications systems provider, to provide cloud telephony services to small businesses.

The agreement linked 8×8’s SIP trunking service together with CallFire’s cloud telephony platform to offer clients the most advanced systems.

Dinesh Ravishanker, chief executive officer and co-founder of CallFire, said that the collaboration between the two companies will help them stay at the forefront of innovation in cloud telephony services, which CallFire is continuing with the DIY webinar.
