By Jessica Kostek, TMCnet Channel Editor

(Norwalk, CT – November 24, 2008) Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC (News - Alert)) today announced that the Auto Dialer channel, sponsored by CallFire, has been launched as the latest addition to the TMCnet channel program.

The Auto Dialer channel promotes Web-based outbound call center campaign solutions and includes an overview of CallFire’s products. In addition, visitors can find valuable resources such as competitor comparisons, feature articles and industry news.

The channel can be found at:

TMCnet’s channels are micro-targeted information portals where readers can find topic-specific news, articles, feature stories and product reviews. TMCnet has created more than 100 channels covering important topics in the IP Communications, VoIP, IP Telephony, CRM, Call Center and Information Technology industries.

“CallFire is pleased to join forces with TMC, the leader of communications and technology media,” commented Dinesh Ravishanker, President of CallFire. “Taking advantage of TMCnet’s credibility and expertise in driving traffic will reinforce our branding and distinguish CallFire as an auto dialer and voice broadcast market leader.”

CallFire provides a comprehensive, Web-based auto dialer solution designed to make outbound campaigns easier than ever before. The company specializes heavily in GOTV political calls, government, emergency notification, virtual call center solutions and call center outbound sales. The solution allows call centers to leverage an at-home workforce and run multiple outbound campaigns simultaneously; each with different call volumes, sound prompts and transfer locations. CallFire is software developer friendly and offers many APIs for auto dialer applications and voice broadcasting solutions. Its system can dial more then a million number daily, freeing call centers to include hundreds of phone lines in each campaign. In other words, the system delivers dedicated, on-demand capacity.

The CallFire auto dialer system offers all the functionality listed above for the very low rate of 3.5 cents per minutes. There are no startup fees. Now, managing multiple voice broadcast campaigns and associated statistics is accessible from a single, intuitive system. CallFire also provides API tools for developers to manage custom configurations through CallFire.com.

“TMCnet welcomes CallFire’s Auto Dialer channel into our program,” stated Dave Rodriguez (News - Alert), Vice President of Publications and Conferences, TMC. “CallFire is a well-respected voice broadcast and virtual call center solutions company that shares our vision in the advancement of new technologies. Our channel program is a community-building vehicle assisting our partners in building their brand, while contributing to the vast array of valuable content which drives traffic to TMCnet, the most-visited communications and technology Web site in the world.”

TMCnet is the leading Web site for communications and technology professionals. TMCnet achieved a record breaking 3 million visitors and 36 million page views in March 2008 according to Webtrends.
