Auto Dialer Provider CallFire to Launch Biz2Beach 'Unconference'

By Susan J. Campbell, TMCnet Contributing Editor

Auto dialer technology is bringing innovation and streamlined activities to call centers and other organizations throughout the marketplace. This automated platform eliminates unnecessary manual processes to ensure the organization can spend more time focusing on activities that drive the main focus of the business and not on connecting a caller.

One auto dialer provider in the market, CallFire, is blazing a trail with new innovative platforms that enable organizations to take their customer-facing initiatives to the next level. The company has developed its solutions to appeal to the needs and demands companies are facing today, while also delivering scalable solutions to embrace tomorrow.

To help drive its innovation in the auto dialer space, CallFire is hosting the Biz2Beach event. Biz2Beach 2011 is the inaugural networking conference established for thought leaders, innovators and trendsetters. The conference is set to take place on Friday, August 19 in Santa Monica, CA (News - Alert).

CallFire has designed its innovative event to ensure it differs from most conferences and lectures in the industry. The auto dialer provider is even calling it an “unconference.” Featured speakers for this event range in marketing and business expertise, and will also lead four intimate breakout sessions.

Event attendees can select their own track based on personal interest. And, since seats are limited, all attendees will be assured quality networking opportunities with other C-level executives. Once the breakout sessions are complete, large group discussions will focus on the conversations of the day.

CallFire offers a full range of products and is planning to unveil its latest iteration of its suite of telecom services at the Biz2Beach event. The company’s reliable, enterprise-grade VoIP platform provides the power behind voice broadcasts, call centers, call tracking and text messaging campaigns.

Companies of all sizes are relying on VoIP solutions to power their organizations, outreach campaigns and so much more. With voice broadcasting, companies and organizations are finding that they can cost-effectively reach everyone in their contact list, driving efficient campaigns that produce results.

Cloud call center capabilities easily incorporate the auto dialer to streamline operations within the call center so agents can focus on serving the customer. As a hosted solution, CallFire eliminates much of the overhead cost associated with brick and mortar call centers, enabling customer support divisions and other companies to drive higher profit margins while delivering on the expected level of customer satisfaction.

Some people slated to speak at the event include Tony Adam, director of online marketing at Myspace, Matthew Arevalo, director of research and analytics at Singley + Mackie, Garth Holsinger, vice president global sales and business development at Kiout, and Van Jepson, founder and CEO of GroupPrice.
