Automotive CRM DealerSocket Unveils Revamped Web Site

By John Lahtinen, Community Development Editor, TMCnet

DealerSocket, an auto dealer CRM provider, has announced the launch of its newly designed web site, featuring new navigational tools, expanded content, and best practice tools for automotive dealers and the automotive industry – all designed to reinforce DealerSocket’s mantra of “helping dealers help their customers.”

“Our online visitors now have more ways to access details about our products and services,” said Jonathan Ord, DealerSocket co-founder and CEO. “In addition, we've added some great industry resources and best practices for automotive CRM that our dealer customers and prospects can utilize as a resource when making a CRM decision and more importantly, while establishing and executing the policies that drive the customer experience at their store.”

The new site features deeper content that includes articles, best practices, tools and resources for the automotive dealer community, not to mention the many dealer best practice and testimonial videos.

The web site design and navigation elements extend the company's reach with colorful and easy access to product detail pages for marketing, sales, service, desking, finance, CSI (News - Alert), training tools and product information.

Recently, DealerSocket announced it had been named to the fifth annual Inc. 500|5000 by Inc. magazine for the fourth consecutive year.  Inc.500|5000 is an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.

The Inc. 500|5000 list represents the most comprehensive look at America’s independent entrepreneurs, one of the most important segments of the economy. Online retailer ideeli topped this year’s list. Other leading companies including Spirit Airlines, television maker Vizio, Honest Tea, Dunkin Donuts and Metrokane joined DealerSocket on the list.

In addition, DealerSocket recently announced the availability of the integration between its CRM Solution and the DealerTrack credit application network. The integration allows for a one-way transmission of customer, co-buyer, vehicle, and trade information from DealerSocket to the DealerTrack credit application network – where the data can be used to pull a credit report, run a Red Flag identity check, or submit credit application data to connected lenders.
