RhinoTech, a business that manufactures products for the screen printing industry, selected Cbeyond's new Virtual Receptionist to “answer” incoming calls and better direct customers to the people or departments they need to reach.
RhinoTech was searching for a solution that could improve its customer service levels while continuing to improve productivity. It was already a satisfied Cbeyond customer and has used Cbeyond for its Hosted Microsoft (News - Alert) Exchange email service and mobile solutions for several years.
The business decided to extend the partnership by selecting Cbeyond’s Virtual Receptionist that provided a central number for RhinoTech's Florida headquarters and satellite office in Minnesota.
This solution was found to be easy to use and was less expensive as compared to hiring a full-time receptionist.
A cloud-based solution, Virtual Receptionist features a text-to-speech interface and includes a host of other features, such as customizable menus. With this solution, RhinoTech has been able to provide callers with a way to self-navigate to the information or RhinoTech employees they need to reach – all without waiting on hold.
RhinoTech was able to launch the service without installing a phone system, and the solution still answers or route calls if the phone system goes down.
