Network Redux Offering Subscriptions to New Relic's Application Performance Management Service

Network Redux, a Managed Web Hosting and Service Provider based in Portland, Ore., announced that it has enabled its customers to have bronze-level subscription access to New Relic’s application performance management service free of charge.


The subscription access is available to Network Redux (News - Alert) customers immediately and they can simply logon to this site and follow the on-screen instructions during the order process to setup New Relic RPM.

Network Redux explained that it architects deploys and manages Web hosting environments for Internet projects from blogging networks to high availability distributed private clouds.

TMCnet reported that for Java, Ruby, PHP and .NET (News - Alert) Web applications, New Relic RPM provides 24/7 visibility and code-level diagnostics. RPM is designed to be deployed in minutes in traditional datacenters or in the cloud and can be used to quickly and cost effectively monitor production application health 24/7, identify and triage potential application issues, and better ensure long-term application performance. Network Redux support team will be making use of this RPM to share visibility into deployed applications and efficiently work together with customers in order to ensure superior online service delivery.

Also, the New Relic application performance management solution has been integrated into the Network Redux dashboard making it easier for customers to observe critical online business services and ensure they meet end-user expectations.

Kris Watson, director of platform development at Network Redux, explained in a press release that as more and more organizations entrust Network Redux with hosting their business-critical applications, they thought it's important to take every step they can to help them ensure success. And this means providing an extraordinarily consistent level of customer service for each solution they build, and New Relic is a key element of that approach. Whether working with Network Redux’ support team or on their own, customers can now use New Relic to better manage application performance and availability.
