Ferose Lambay and Mike Thibodeaux will present in session 3 on Thursday, May 5 from 3:15-4:15pm.
The Demand Planning and Forecasting event will discuss relevant industry case studies and give advice regarding how to better manage and plan supply chain operations. These operations, when managed correctly, can help drive productivity and bring a higher level of efficiency. This informative lecture will outline a new business process that can be implemented for pre-launch preparations, operational planning, and product lifecycle management. Thibodeaux and Lambay will focus heavily on applying lean thinking in order to dramatically enhance the supply chain and reduce time-to-market.
