Knoah Solutions to Increase Call Center Outsourcing Operations in Hyderabad, India

By Jamie Epstein, TMCnet Web Editor

Knoah Solutions, a provider of call center outsourcing services, has just inked an agreement to fill a 90,000-square-foot facility located on the 110-acre business eco-system, Mindspace West Hyderabad. This facility will dramatically elevate the level of Knoah's presence in India and make way for increased growth at the end of the year and going toward the future.

Sri Myneni, CEO of Knoah Solutions, stated in a press release, "2011 has started off with the addition of a number of very high profile clients along with significant expansion of some of our current clients. The new facility marks a significant milestone in Knoah Solutions history and with the recent opening of our Las Vegas, Nev., facility, we continue to demonstrate our commitment to providing high quality contact center outsourcing services to our clients."

A major factor in occupying Mindspace in the area of Hyderabad is its proximity to high-quality international hotels, including the Westin Hyderabad, and Hyderabad’s newly built international airport.  According to the release, the new space has innovative technology including video conferencing and high-tech security.

Hyderabad is currently ranked as one of the most popular cities in India. It has leveraged the call center outsourcing and information technology industries, which boast professionals with a wide range of expertise. Knoah's centers in India allow the company to gain access to these employees while giving clients cost-effective services that help their business to continue to be successful.

"We are excited about Knoah's new India address," said Todd Althoff, vice president of marketing at Royal Consumer Information Products (News - Alert). "Knoah continues to impress us with their commitment to providing high-quality services out of India and the new facility will surely aid in that endeavor."

Knoah estimates that the new facility will be open by August 2011.
