CallCopy, a provider of call recording and contact center solutions, announced a reseller agreement with BusComm Incorporated, an exclusive value added reseller (VAR) of digital voice and data information management systems.
The partnership allows BusComm to offer cc: Discover, the enterprise workforce optimization (WFO) product from CallCopy (News - Alert), to its customers.
Featuring call recording, quality management, screen capture, speech analytics and performance management capabilities, cc: Discover enables organizations to optimize operational efficiencies while maximizing customer satisfaction, according to company officials.
“CallCopy's innovative workforce optimization solutions for call centers are the perfect complement to BusComm's diverse portfolio of leading edge business communication technologies,” said John Moldthan, CEO at BusComm, in a statement.
“This partnership ensures that our customers will benefit from CallCopy's reputation for delivering innovative products and BusComm's reputation for providing superior service and support,” Moldthan added.
According to Kerry O'Donnell, director of channel operations at CallCopy, the partnership with BusComm has given them an opportunity to work with a partner that shares their consultative approach to delivering quality solutions that deliver outstanding value to our customers.
CallCopy was recently ranked number 508 on the Inc. 5000 list, which according to company officials is the highest ranking of any contact center software provider.
Back in October last year, CallCopy was also recognized as the second fastest-growing privately-held company in Central Ohio by Columbus Business First for the second consecutive year, according to a TMCnet report.
Business First's Fast 50 Award is an annual program which recognizes companies for their growth and financial performance throughout the previous three years, the report said.
