The products from Metaswitch’s mix the great amount of expertise in software development with carrier-class hardware, which allows for networks to have the flexibility to support anywhere from a couple thousand, to millions of lines.
Metaswitch offers the MetaSphere, which is currently the industry’s biggest suite of voice and telephony applications as well as CommPortal, which is a Web 2.0 platform that offers crystal clear user interfaces to MetaSphere applications across a variety of devices.
The Media Resource Server, complements the CommPortal by supporting the telephone user interface services to MetaSphere applications.
Universal Media Gateways, provided by Metaswitch, boast the capability of being able to support MetaSphere applications, over legacy access and trunk network connections.
Service Broker, allows for "any-to-any" service and application interworking between IN/TDM and IP/IMS service domains and the SIP Session Router, offers a connectivity database that was designed to make configuration and routing in SIP networks less complex.
Integrated Softswitch is a mixture of selected MetaSphere telephony applications that have been combined with the Universal Media Gateway (News - Alert) platform, in order to offer a self-contained solution for switch replacement or VoIP service delivery.
MetaView, also provided by Metaswitch is a solution that provides network management across all of Metaswitch’s product line.
