Mobile phone supplier Nokia (News - Alert) has launched three mobile phones – the Nokia 6267, Nokia 3500 classic and Nokia 6121 classic -- for the mid-range market, during its annual Nokia Connection event in Singapore. The phones are expected to be on the market shelves starting the third quarter.
Peter Ropke, senior vice president, Mobile Phones, Nokia said in a statement, "With the introduction of these three new devices, we are expanding our mid-range offering to give consumers even more choice when it comes to mobile connectivity."
The Nokia 6267 comes with an enhanced music player, new high speed video capability, 2 mega pixel camera with flash and utilizes 3G technology with support for up to 4GB of expandable memory for EUR240 ($320).
Available in multiple colors, Nokia 3500 classic comes with an FM radio, 2 mega pixel camera, instant messaging for a price tag of EUR135 ($180).
Nokia 6121 classic carries a stylish look and comes with quad band GSM and WCDMA 900/2100 technology supporting HSDPA, 2-megapixel camera with an additional second camera for video calling. The phone costs EUR260 ($347).
