SoonR Provides Mobile Access 'Anytime,' Even if Your PC is Off

By Beverly Maniago, TMCnet Contributing Editor

SoonR, which offers solutions that bring the power of the PC to your mobile phone, has granted its users access to 100MB of free space on its secure servers through its new “Anytime” access service.

This new feature lets users have instant access to their data files, emails, applications and even attachments without the need to turn their PC on. The “Anytime” feature can be activated by simply designating important files and folders to be accessible “Anytime.” SoonR’s technology will automatically make the designated content available to a mobile computer or web-enabled mobile phone.

SoonR’s “Anytime” feature makes loading time quicker by expanding its Microsoft (News - Alert) outlook integration. Users can sort their emails by sender or date. SoonR is also offering attachment preview feature that lets users preview and open Word, Powerpoint, Excel documents, and JPG and PDF files that can be shared by using “Anytime’s” user-friendly settings.

Martin Frid-Nielsen, founder and CEO of SoonR, said in a press release, “We’re giving SoonR users a new level of flexibility by enabling them to receive and share critical information, ideas and knowledge on a 24x7 basis, even when their computer is turned off. SoonR is dedicated to making it easier for people to conduct business on the go from the mobile phone without missing a beat.”

SoonR claims it is the only communication company that brings the power of PC to mobile phones. The company aims to address all the important aspects of mobility. It develops new products to help businesses increase their productivity - through the use of remote PC and mobile phones when they are away from their home/business computers. SoonR makes information accessible to any data enabled device (PDA, mobile phone, or PC) through its built-in communication facilities.
