BlueAnt Wireless has announced its latest and most innovative Bluetooth Headset – the BlueAnt V1, the world’s first voice controlled Bluetooth headset.

 

Designed for those looking for something a little more sophisticated from their Bluetooth device, the BlueAnt V1 Voice Controlled Headset allows users to easily control most functions of their headset using the revolutionary ‘BlueGenie Voice Interface’ from Sensory, Inc.

 

When asked for assistance the headset assists users in getting the right command and eliminating the combinations of button pushes, button holds and flashing lights synonymous with advanced Bluetooth devices. One activation button provides users with complete control of the V1’s entire function menu system through an easy to use voice interface.

 

By using advanced Voice Recognition and Voice Synthesis technology, the ‘BlueGenie Voice Interface’ allows users to easily control the functions of their headset using their voice instead of multiple button presses.

 

Additionally, the new V1 incorporates dual microphones, which allows for BlueAnt’s patented ‘Voice Isolation Technology’, a revolutionary proprietary Digital Signal Processor (News - Alert) (DSP) software solution. Through advanced techniques, Voice Isolation Technology separates the user’s voice signal from all other sounds. This enhances and isolates all frequencies that affect voices coming into and out of the headset resulting in outstanding environmental noise reduction, echo cancellation and wind noise protection.

 

Part of BlueAnt’s premium headset range, the small and lightweight V1 can be clipped neatly onto a tie, shirt or jacket when not in use.
