Nero (News - Alert), a digital media technology company, has announced it will showcase the latest Windows Vista-enhanced Nero 8 software suite in the Microsoft booth at the International Consumer Electronics Show. With Nero 8, which is optimized for Windows Vista, users can optimized for Windows Vista and also organize and manage their digital lives with the complete multimedia package they from Nero 8.
With Nero 8, users can author and playback HD-DVD content, rip, burn and back-up discs faster and easier and also author and playback HD-DVD content. The Nero 8 includes a Nero RichPreview, which lets users easily browse and preview audio, video and images without opening it. With Windows Vista users can open Nero FileOpenDialogue within the OS to preview the file. You can also use Windows Explorer for this purpose, in case you are not using Windows Vista.
With Nero DiscCopy gadget, users can copy a disc with just one click and rest in the Windows Vista Sidebar. This gives them the opportunity to move the content fast and easily. With Live Icons, the user can quickly view the content with enhanced browsing of thumbnails. Users also get support for a wide range of multimedia files and the embedded album art for Nero Digital audio files.

We worked with Microsoft (News - Alert) to ensure that the Nero 8 software suite is an extension of the already strong foundation of the Windows Vista operating system.
