Perfect World Company, an online game developer and operator in China, has entered the Indonesian market by licensing its "Perfect World II" game to Indonesia’s popular online games publisher Lyto Datarindo Fortuna (LYTO).

Saturday, LYTO organized a major launch event, the "Lyto Festival", to mark the availability of "Perfect World II" in Indonesia. LYTO has been looking forward to providing new gaming experiences through the introduction of Massive Multiplayer Online Games (MMOGs).

"Perfect World II" is a large-scale 3D MMORPG online game that was first launched in China in November, 2006. Since then, the Perfect World Company has licensed the game to companies in eleven countries and regions, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Korea, Brazil and the Philippines. Currently, it is being operated in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Vietnam, Korea and Philippines.

Perfect World Company’s popular 3D online games are based on the proprietary Angelica 3D game engine and game development platform. Strong technology and creative game design capabilities, combined with extensive local knowledge and experience, make it possible to frequently and rapidly introduce popular games, designed to cater to changing customer preferences and market trends in China.

The company expects similar demand in Indonesia and is planning to customize the games for Indonesian consumers.

"We are very excited to introduce 'Perfect World II' to the Indonesian market," said Andi Suryanto, Chief Executive Officer of LYTO, at the Lyto Festival, "We believe that 'Perfect World II' will be highly successful in Indonesia's online game market and its excellent graphics and advanced in-game features will bring a new experience to a large number of Indonesian game players."
