Keeping pace with the advances in the telecom space, voice applications provider Voxalot is moving ahead with the commercial launch of its premium service plan, VoxPremium, which it trialed back in July.
VoxPremium includes a number of free features, like advanced telephony tools and free calling — not only to other Voxalot subscribers, but to subscribers of 2,000 other SIP-based voice services as well. With its enhanced call control features, “Smart Call Rules,” available through the Voxalot Web site, users are able to enhance their overall communications experience.
With both free and paid services, Voxalot is developing new applications to meet the evolving needs of its subscribers. VoxPremium extends features that include selectable call routing rules, advanced telephony tools, Web-based voice mail, and Web-based call-back — a step towards a unified communications experience for customers.
“We’re excited about the upgrades and new features we’re now able to offer Voxalot members,” said Tony Mascarenhas, Voxalot CEO. “They were developed based largely on community feedback and input — so we know they’re features our users want.”
Priced between $15 and $40 a year, users are able to utilize the additional features from VoxPremium, including Web Call Back, DID PSTN phone numbers to allow for incoming calls from PSTN and VoIP numbers. In addition, features like Voxalot Call Connection Rules, Web-accessible voice mail, and more, offer a new level of convenience and productivity, making the service a worthwhile investment for customers looking to benefit from the latest communications features.
