Solutions' Conference & Expo Best Of Show Awards
The Customer Inter@ction Solutions Conference and
EXPO in Atlanta July 18-20 was a beehive of activity for
the contact center industry.
Conference session attendees were treated to a full
menu of courses covering human resources, contact center
technologies, e-sales/e-service and innovative
management solutions. Conference attendees also enjoyed
networking receptions and the invaluable opportunity to
peruse the exhibit hall.
In the exhibit hall, attendees were treated to many
of the latest technologies, services and consulting
expertise needed to keep their contact centers operating
at peak efficiency and providing great customer service,
as well as outsourcing options to help them lower their
costs and concentrate on their core competencies. The
editors of Customer Inter@ction Solutions' magazine
were impressed with all of the products and services
exhibited and have chosen the best of the best to bring
you up to speed on the companies and products that have
been awarded our Best of Show designation.
