The Telvista Company, a subsidiary of CompUSA Inc., formerly known as CompUSA Call Center Services, has been acquired, under a stock purchase agreement, by Technology & Internet Holding Co., held jointly by Telmex (NYSE:TMX), America Movil, (NYSE:AMX) and Grupo Carso. Telvista will remain headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

"Call Center Services has evolved as a successful CompUSA business unit and a full-service provider in the call center industry," said Hal Compton, President and CEO of CompUSA. "This is the next step in fueling their growth and success. We look forward to an ongoing relationship with Telvista, as both a client and a business partner."

Blake Wolff, who built the business from its inception in 1997 to its current status as an innovative leader in the teleservices industry, will serve as president and CEO. "As Telvista we will accelerate development of innovative services that deliver significant value to our customers and business partners," said Wolff. "We are a new company whose sole focus is delivering creative customer contact solutions, utilizing the same management team and operating dynamics that our clients have come to trust."

The management team has extensive experience in teleservices and customer relationship management.
