Cyber Operations has entered into a strategic investment banking agreement with Divine Capital Markets of New York. The deal calls for Divine Capital Markets to provide Cyber with banking, consulting and merger and acquisition expertise.
Together, Divine Capital and Cyber Operations plan to define a financial and capital strategy in order to leverage Cyber Operations’ growth opportunities. This strategy will incorporate both organic growth as well as synergistic merger and acquisition opportunities.
