AT&T BusinessDirections, also known as “Click-to-Chat,” is a capability available on demand via a “clickable” icon on the AT&T BusinessDirect and application home pages.
It offers users a technical support person specially trained in providing real-time assistance. Users also have the ability to receive an email copy of their session and offer feedback through a post chat survey.
The online collaboration capability, available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (EST), supports all AT&T BusinessDirect users across all products and segments for a consistent customer experience.
