Orbcomm moves its headquarters to Rochelle Park


Feb 18, 2013 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- Orbcomm Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBC) said it will be relocating its corporate headquarters from Fort Lee, New Jersey to Rochelle Park, New Jersey on February 19, 2013.

"The move to Rochelle Park represents another step forward during this exciting time in our business," said Marc Eisenberg, chief executive officer. "The new facility will allow us to bring together key management and sales and engineering capabilities for a more efficient and effective use of resources, while we execute on our growth initiatives and prepare for the launch of our next generation satellites." Orbcomm is leasing more than 31,000 square feet at the office complex, Mack-Cali Centre V, in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. The company will be combining the corporate offices at Fort Lee, New Jersey and the StarTrak facilities in Morris Plains, New Jersey and will be able to accommodate the company's future growth plans. StarTrak employees are expected to be in the new facility in the second quarter.
