du extends bill payment services to customers through UAE Exchange

Jan 10, 2013 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- du, a provider of mobile and fixed telephony, broadband connectivity and IPTV services, has announced an agreement with UAE Exchange, a remittance and foreign exchange brand, enabling du customers to pay their bills at UAE Exchange branches.

"UAE Exchange and du are into the business of connecting people. While du connects through communication channels, UAE Exchange does it through money transfers. In both cases our customers stay connected with their dear ones far away. As brands which deal directly with people, we share the same values. This like-mindedness and passion for customer satisfaction have brought us together and we strongly feel that this relationship is here to stay connected." said Promoth Manghat, vice president Global Operations, UAE Exchange.

Maher Murad, VP, Sales and Retail in du, said, "As always, our efforts are directed towards making our customers' lives simpler. Our agreement with UAE Exchange means customers now have one more option of making their bill payments." http://www.datamonitor.com Republication or redistribution, including by framing or similar means, is expressly prohibited without prior written consent.
