Relatively High Beta Detected in Shares of Arrow Electronics in the Technology Distributors Industry (ARW, AXE, NSIT, AVT, ELRC)


Dec 28, 2012 (SmarTrend(R) News Watch via COMTEX) -- Below are the three companies in the Technology Distributors industry with the highest betas. Higher-beta stocks mean greater volatility and are therefore generally considered to be riskier but also may provide the potential for higher returns.Arrow Electronics ranks highest with a a beta of 1.5. Anixter International is next with a a beta of 1.4. Insight Enterprises ranks third highest with a a beta of 1.4.



Avnet follows with a a beta of 1.3, and Electro Rent rounds out the top five with a a beta of 1.2.
