This year, Herrick, Feinstein LLP's Corporate Department, a recognized leader in middle market transactions, has been honored with more than a dozen awards in areas ranging from mergers and acquisitions and venture capital to business formation and food and beverage. Among the accolades are DealMakers 2012 M&A Awards "Law Firm of the Year- Mergers & Acquisitions", Finance Monthly Law Awards "Law Firm of the Year - USA" and InterContinental Finance 2012 Continent Awards "Premier Banking and Finance Firm- North America."
