Trace Systems Inc. Awarded Prime Position on $10 Billion Army IDIQ Contract

Trace Systems Inc. ("Trace"), today announced that it has been awarded a prime position on the US Army's five-year, $10 billion dollar Global Tactical Advanced Communications Systems (News - Alert) (GTACS) contract. This Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will support the current and future missions of the Program Executive Office - Command, Control and Communications - Tactical (PEO-C3T), the current customers of the expiring Worldwide Satellite Systems (WWSS) contract as well as other government customers worldwide.

Trace was selected as a prime contractor on both the full and open unrestricted as well as on the small business reserve award GTACS contracts, which will enable Trace and its team of industry partners to provide a wide range of tactical command, control and communications system hardware, software, engineering services, development, production, sustainment, test and related support services globally.

Simultaneous with the announcement of the GTACS awards, Trace announced the hiring of Mr. Justin Filler to lead Trace's GTACS Program Management Office (PMO). Mr. Filler brings over ten years of experience managing large Army and PEO-C3T programs.
