Ebix Board of Directors Raises the Quarterly Dividend by 50% to $0.075 Per Share

(Nasdaq:EBIX),a leading international supplier of On-Demand software and E-commerce services to the insurance industry, today announced that its Board of Directors has increased the quarterly dividend by 50% to $0.075. The increase will take effect with the February 2013 dividend payment. The record date and payment date will be announced in February.
