The Oklahoma City-based dotcom is hosting a two-part contest on its Facebook page throughout November to determine who among its customers has the best recipe for the holidays. QuiBids customers are invited to enter the contest by going to the QuiBids Facebook page and filling out a form in the Cooking with QuiBids contest app. They may do this by uploading a photo of their dish, its necessary ingredients, and instructions for preparation, no later than November 15. From there, a panel of QuiBids employees will select the ten best submissions and post them November 16 in a gallery on the QuiBids Facebook page where customers will vote on their favorite dish. The contest entrant whose recipe accumulates the most votes will win a brand-new KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer (QuiBids Buy Now price: $349.99) and a $50 Walmart gift card. "Kitchen appliances and housewares are some of the most popular products available on the site, and we want to know what people are doing with their wins, in this case, what they're making with them," said Jill Farrand, QuiBids' director of public relations.
